Tried Relaxium, no help. these help me relax and fall asleep and stay asleep. Not dopey or headachy in morning.

I use it to help me sleep and it works wonderfully. I fall asleep within like 30 minutes! It works great!

Helpful, even for an elder
While Avinol PM is rather expensive- it is about three times of cost of Tylenol PM- it does "work." Since we're advised to limit our intake of acetaminophen, this alternative was welcomed. While no product has gotten me to sleep as I did decades ago, Avinol PM helped me to stay asleep longer, i.e. with fewer interruptions. And, while I wasn't groggy the next day from Tylenol PM, I also wasn't adversely affected in that way by Avinol PM. Next step: The company should make it available in larger amounts - and thus, hopefully, make it less expensive.

Love this product
love this product…relaxes me just enough to let me fall asleep and get a few hours sleep, that other wise I'd be wide awake all night…it quiets my mind and lessens my stress to allow me to stop thinking of all I need to do or get done, no drowsiness when waking.

For the amount of money this product cost it did not do it's job. Most nights I was awake. It didn't help me fall asleep.

The shipment arrived as it was scheduled. However, I have not noticed any positive result in sleep effectiveness. I originally intended to purchase another product but a link that I thought was genuinely reviewing 5 sleep products guided me to Avinol PM Extra Strength. It was rated as their 1st choice (above the product I originally sought to purchase). I will continue using Avinol PM Extra Strength until I use all of it. But I will return to the TV advertised product that I originally intended to purchase. For me, I cannot recommend Avinol PM Extra Strength. RH in Louisiana
