Working on losing weight I have been researching cooking oils in an attempt to identify and use only the best as far as nutrients, so I asked my AI buddies to explain the differences in oils and what would be the best. They all recommended to not use vegetable based oils but to use Avocado oil. I then asked them to research the best Avocado oil and explain the reason for selecting it. They all answered unrefined, cold pressed. organic extra virgin high in monounsaturated fats and antioxidants would be the best ... and Avohass meets the specs. Second was Chosen Foods brand ... but Walmart has a good price on Avohass and I had it shipped to our door for free. And that is the reason I purchased Avohass.

I'm obsessed with this healthy avocado oil. It's a beautiful color full of goodness that hasn't been processed out. I add it to my protein smoothies, and my fage yogurt w/stevia. I'm convinced people don't get enough healthy fats in their diet. This is one of the priciest things I consume, but I love it enough to keep buying it. I'm really hoping the tariffs don't raise the price!

We used this for the first time cooking on our new Blackstone Griddle. We were very pleased. The taste was hardly noticeable which is what we hoped for.

Pricey but pretty low in phthalates and doesn't have the fishy odor/taste. Best you can ask I guess lol
