A supplement that works
This product was bought to fight the Nerve problem. I was having in my leg. B complex B1 B12 B6 is what you need for nerve problems. This along with the castor oil is perfect. Also a magnesium complex with vitamin D3 and zinc. I would imagine they all are working because I have been feeling a whole lot better. lot I mean almost 100% better and put it that way best thing ever thank you.

Great vitamins
I've been searching for a B complex vitamin that is in a capsule form and not a pill. These are easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I will buy this brand again.

B-100 Complex Vitamin
Capsule was larger than I anticipated however, being a capsule using plenty of water it goes down ok. It was cheaper than a brand I was buying. I do not find many companies offering these vitamins.
