I get really bad cramps in my back and you can't walk around with a heating pad so I went and bought few of these and man they work great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The backaid was a great new option outside of the typical other brands. I like the lack of harsh chemicals or medicines. The size was excellent and it wrapped around the back and had large coverage space. Seemed to warm up pretty good.

So, I was highly surprised by not only what a large area the patch covered, but also the pure relief I felt. There are three in the box and they last 16 hrs, which is wonderful. It was very easy to apply to my lower back (yes, I had help from my husband).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use and apply. I have muscle pain in my lower back and used this. It stayed on quite well, it didn't roll up like some. It provided a warm comforting heat therapy to my back which I loved. I did feel it really helped, I knocked off a star because I think it held up for about 10 hours and not 16.

My husband and I recently moved out of our home. Both of us were down for a bit with achy back muscles. The Backaid 16 hr heated therapy pads really kept us going! Great pain relief that I highly recommend trying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just tried the heat pad for my back ache and I'm kind of disappointed. Firstly, I thought there would be a little bit more heat from this pouch but there wasn't much at all. I feel there others out there that do offer better heat from these types of patches. Second, the adhesive side did not stay on as well as I hoped it would have, it fell off after minutes of wearing. Overall it's a great concept and idea but it just wasn't for me I guess.

Does not work. Barely any warmth at all- waste of money.
