I was making blueberry syrup because they were sort of out of season and bitter. I needed something practical to store them in.. After making my fourth batch I had so much that the 4 ounce of these would never have done the trick. And I've been giving it to my next-door neighbor who just loves it. So they worked out perfectly. I would buy them again..

I recommending item because of the size in the condo. Otherwise, the jar they were inside, the box were not quilted as advertised and the packaging. What I received was one jar that was broken and the other 11 jaws had a fruit image, but they were not quilted as advertised. The labeling was incorrect and one of the jars. I did not get on to return them due to. I left to go to a completely different area within the state. Otherwise, I would have returned them, and I don't want a partial refund.

I needed them to put my herbs and spices together in one area of my cupboard. They gave me more room to organize and store them properly. I also use them to put leftover flour, mixes, dried fruits and nuts, etc. Comes in handy, so I don't have to keep using plastic bags.

Look my Grandmother and my Mother and Aunts have used these for years and HAVE MERCY the goodness that came out of them. Now my wife and I and our kids do the same thing. A Company like this doesn't live this long unless they are the real deal and Ball is just that. Great American's being great for all of us this is the brand we choose to can our blessings.

Perfect for canning but I also love to meal prep In jars! I make homemade chocolate sauce and dressings and enjoy these jars! You can even find lids for those purposes!

A perfect size for homemade gifts like jams, jellies, etc. Very attractive and well made. I've used these many times in the past and have never been disappointed.

It's great to see Walmart compete very effectively with Amazon. I was able to get exactly what I wanted with same day delivery at a competitive price. Thanks, Walmart!

I usually would give ball a 5star rating but the last one I got had a tent to them of a kind of brownish green and I'm used to them looking clean and clear and crisp and don't much care for this recycled glass of colors that they're using now if that's what's going on I just know that normally they're completely clear and the ones I've heard just recently had a green brown tint to them

Quality is not as it once was. Sign of the times, I guess. It is not like Ball can make these smaller since their designed use is largely defined by their size so they cut costs where they can. These are thinner and lighter than my previous Ball jars. These will do what I need these for, but going forward, I will probably look to buy old stock or shop eBay for older manufactured products.

Wrong item delivered. When I called Walmart.com I was told ""Phillip would refund me and I could return the item to the store. The store wouldn't take it and I got no refund. Just went on line now and have to take it to FedEx which I told "Phillip" was out of my way and I couldn't get there on the times they are open unless I take a day off of work. Lost one day of work to return this item. The first 4 items were delivered in the back of an old van. 4 cases individually (2 cases work order) the delivery person said she couldn't help me. The next 4 cases came in an Walmart box and packed correctly????
