Barton 8 Quart Aluminum Stove Top Pressure Cooker with Locking Seal & Safety Release Valve

I absolutely like how easy it was to use rather than my old! The juggler stays in place even when jiggling. The Aluminum Pot cleans much easier rather the stainless steel. I will definitely be telling everyone how well made and useful it is to have in your home!

This has made canning fish, veggies and fruit so easy! I would definitely recommend for people who are trying to start canning from beginners!

It said 6 quart pressure canner so i thought it would hold 6 quart jars. Not so. sent it back.

It is very large and can fit 6 quart jars easily, it is very easy to use, just as described.

The picture of the package left by the delivery person was a black square. When I opened the package to my dismay the handle was broken. Thus the cooker could not be used. Everything else seemed to be in order. Unfortunately this condition prevents usage . I will be returning it. Highly disappointed.

I tried to use this product following the instructions. It is defective and continually leaks at the handle. I contacted the manufacturer by e-mail explaining the problem. They asked for additional information which I provided. Supposedly a replacement will be sent to me. We shall see. Looks to be well put together. I also purchased a smaller cooker from them the smaller cooker is wonderful. Hopefully they will supply the replacement soon so I can say the same about it.

This item disappeared off my porch so I can't rate the actual item; however, I did notify customer service at WalMart who told me the seller would contact me about a replacement. After two weeks and no contact from the seller, WalMart refunded my purchase. I would have preferred a replacement, but I guess I'll use the refund to buy a different brand.

Very disappointed in this! Wanted to try this out as my first canner as the price was pretty affordable compared to name brand pressure canners. The gasket was frayed and looked like it was chewed off in one spot. The pressure gauge would like work to show pressure gain. One of the handles leaked steam, bad. On top of all of this, the instructions was far from great.. very vague and made a rookie canner like myself feel less than sure about it all. I do not recommend this canner to anyone as the quality was horrible and have heard these same reviews from others. Spend your money on the name brands that have GOOD reputations! Don't make the mistake I did... oh and you will also not find much of anything about the Barton pressure canner online..

leaks steam and well not come up to pressure.

I had to return this item because it would never build pressure. We literally tried everything. Also the instructions are very vague.
