Beautiful Perfect Grind™ Programmable Single Serve Coffee Maker, Black Sesame by Drew Barrymore

I have been looking for a relatively cheap coffee maker that would grind the beans fresh without needing to take multiple steps. Overall it's decent for what it needs to do, it just doesn't provide espresso shots where the ads could be misleading. Wish I could change the size of how fine I want my coffee grinded. Based of the price I love it for regular coffee if u don't want to spend money on other fancy espresso machines which this isn't an espresso machine. I think it could take miner changes to make it an amazing machine but I'm not a developer of this product but wish I was.

It is truly a beautiful coffee maker, I loved the whole bean grinder option with the pre-ground option, loved how much water it holds so you don't have to refill as often as say a Keurig, and loved the taste of the freshly brewed coffee. However, it leaks water all over the counters everytime I use it, therefore I am returning it. (The water leaks out from inside the unit) Very disappointed, I really was looking forward to using this for years to come.

While this coffee machine is aesthetically pleasing, I have several concerns regarding its functionality and design. The reusable basket frequently allows coffee grounds to overflow into the brewed coffee. This occurs with both the integrated grinder and when using pre-ground coffee. Additionally, the basket must be washed after every use and retains heat for a long period, making it difficult to prepare multiple cups without risk of injury; I have already burned my fingers attempting to brew a second cup. Furthermore, the coffee bean storage is shallow and requires refills every 3–4 cycles. Finally, while the drip tray is adjustable for smaller mugs, it does not accommodate travel mugs even when removed. On a positive note, the grinder is relatively quiet and the end-of-cycle signal is a helpful feature. The water reservoir is a convenient size for two people, and the touch buttons are clear and easy to use. The compact design also occupies minimal counter space Overall, it appears that the design prioritizes aesthetics over daily functionality.

I am returning to store. :/ beautiful pot and no complaints on the coffee it makes. But the back fill tank leaks. Initially it was only after it made a coffee. But now it's constantly. Anytime it is full. My husband works seven 12 hour days so the delay brew is an important feature that we're unable to use.

This is a beautiful coffee maker that makes amazing tasting coffee. That being said not only would I not recommend it I'm sorry I bought it. It is constantly giving fault codes that you can't figure out even with the instruction book. And the grinder is so loud my next-door neighbors in my apartment complex have complained several times and I'm not allowed to use the bean grinder until after 8 AM because of the noise. I would've thought with the price of this product it would have been made better. I am so disappointed.

I've spent 30 minutes trying to make one 12 oz cup of coffee on a brand new machine and it still won't brew. The unit isn't broken. The design is the problem. I'm a usability designer and a tech-comfortable user, and this is one of the most confusing appliances I've used. There is no clear start button. You have to press things like “Brew Off” and “Grinder Off” in a way that makes no logical sense just to try to start brewing. Also important: this does NOT use K-cups. You can only use whole beans or pre-ground coffee, which is not obvious when purchasing. Looks nice, but making coffee should be simple. This is frustrating and overcomplicated. Returning immediately. Save yourself the time and buy something else.

The worst thing I have ever bought. It makes a mess!!! The grounds don't stay in the canister, they seep through the back and drip everywhere. There are always grounds in the coffee after it's brewed. When you take it apart to clean it, it makes even more of a mess. Do not buy this.

As Beautiful as this device actually is - that is all it is and I am so sad to report this. This is the 2nd Beautiful coffee maker I am returning. The first one worked great for a day and then began leaking all of the reservoir water into the counter. I could not find a leak and had to return it and replace with another. Imagine my dismay upon completing the setup and attempting to brew my first cup just to discover this one also was malfunctioning. It had a similar leak however in addition to the leak it also would not put out more than about 2 ounces per cup. Again - I am so sad to report all this because I love to give great reviews, but this was an utter disappointment.

Stopped working after a few months did everything to troubleshoot this and now I can't even use it……):

This coffee maker came in a box that looked like it had been kicked around and put in storage for years. It was clearly used and not by a very clean person. The outside and inside of the coffee maker was so filthy. Stains all of the outside. White Dog hair and coffee grounds on the inside. I have never seen such a filthy coffee maker and for Walmart to send this as a new coffee maker is so distasteful. I will never order from Walmart again. This was so sick! I've spent 30 min trying to get a hold of someone to help with this. I am on the third call trying to get a human to speak to and have been on hold for 15 min so far. This is the third call and no contact yet.
