This is a really nice griddle. The only complaint that I have is the template dial I can not see without my glasses. Otherwise great griddle we really need a new one. it cooks evenly nothing sticks. we do chicken quesadilla on it and all the breakfast foods.

Heats up quick, sometimes too fast and I’m not ready to use it yet. Heats evenly, haven’t had anything under or overcooked. The heat can be quite intense so I tend to lower temperature and cook things a bit slower and longer for a more even cook.

Love it easy to clean and use the only thing I would say is a con is it heats up very quickly and even on a low setting is very hot but it is very easy to cook on

Me and my wife love it and driver was wonderful easy clean product size is great splash guard and quickness of heating up . Love it . Only changes for me would be adjustable legs , cause some of us trailer folk has counter tops not marble easy safe adjustable level legs and bam ! Would help old handicapped feller and short wife out to control direction towards drip tray without having to use spoons or forks while cooking to level it 😊 Ty

Very easy to clean, the non-stick surface is supreme. Usually fried eggs do not lift off smooth, this absolutely does. The drip pan for the grease is DEEP so you dont have to worry about it spilling over. I usually prefer presto products but I am not disappointed in what I paid for what I got.

I would not recommend this waffle maker, while it looks appealing to the eye, the durability sucks. After two uses, it melted in the back and the screw popped out, making it flimsy when turning it. Eventually, the entire turning mechanism became unsafe to use and would rotate randomly. For almost $40 i would expect better quality. Like other low star reviews say, if you want a waffle maker for aesthetics and minimal usage, then this the waffle maker for you. My maker isn’t even four months old. They really don’t make quality things anymore. Just cheap looking junk. Plus, my organic waffle mix would cook hit or miss in this maker, regardless of which number i put it on. The consumer deserves much better.

We used this griddle for a few months. Wasn't the best or worst we've ever owned and this morning it popped and caught fire!! The cord was burned through. Luckily we had it plugged into an outlet that immediately cut the power. Very, very dangerous. Do not buy

I was very excited when I bought this waffle maker because it looks beautiful and modern. Unfortunately, the quality does not match the appearance. I only used it four times since purchasing it, and part of it has already broken Another big issue is that the plates do not come out, which makes it very difficult to clean properly. Food gets stuck, and cleaning becomes frustrating and time-consuming. Overall, while it looks nice on the counter, the materials feel cheap and poorly made. I expected much better durability for the price. Sadly, I would not recommend this product.

Literally a piece of garbage. Only heats in a square on the outside of the pan and turns off once it reaches cooking temperature. Making you have to turn it up every time it turns off to finish cooking whatever you’re cooking on it. Do not recommend. I’d punch drew in the face for this if I could
