I live wooded area and i always come home to bugs all over my porch and screen door. Since I got two of these it's been nearly no bugs at all!! Also the motion detector lights are great! Even when I had other outdoor stake lights it didn't provide as clear of a pathway as these do.

Work very well and no installation really needed.

I wanted to love this so much. So many annoying, flying insects outside and it only attracted a few moths. Moths don't bother me. But I did like the light sensor feature. It worked perfect for my dog when I would let her out late at night to go potty. This always lit the yard up for her when she got close. But not what I needed it for.

Anything costs more than $30 deserves a review. I ordered this item on Walmart.com for evening works in my back yard. The order came fast enough with good packing. Not much to setup with, just to put the stake on or hang it on walls. Efficiency on Insects Zapping is questionable. I read some reviews about how great it is for them, but I have to disagree. Mosquitos still flying around after turning it on every evening for three weeks in my yard. So, I gave it 3-star for my review. One thing good is that you got a good mobile working light in the evening, and you got LESS mosquito bites with this by your side (still bites, but less). The solar LED light is bright enough for small working area, and you can bring it with you using the stake. If anyone wants to get a mosquito-free yard, I believe it is too wishful (maybe you can try to set up 10 of them around your yard too see how that works). As a conclusion, a $36 mobile solar-LED light seem a bit too expensive. I am considering to return it. A minor point, the top part of this thing is pretty heavy, the stake included in the package is rather weak considering the weight on top (an example of poor design and cheap manufacturing). So, you'd better to hang it on the wall. Using the stake will be good only for short work time.

It is just ok IMHO. Best during spring or summer.

I wish I even got to use it. It was broken when it arived. Wast of money

Not great as a bug zapper. The motion activated spotlight feature works well (though you can't turn it off), but the bug zapper part is a joke. The zapping sections are so tiny that bugs don't get caught in them at all. I've had it up for about a week now, and it has yet to kill a single bug even though there are tons of them around when I sit outside in the evenings.

The light worked for a while. I don't think the bug zapper was strong enough to kill bugs. I never heard any bugs being zapped by it. Bought this in Sept/23. It stopped working sometime in Oct/23.

I should have listened to the reviews. It never killed any bugs and the light worked for about two weeks since it filled up with water after each afternoon showers! I do not recommend purchasing it at all!
