Good product. The taste is very bitter, so take it with coffe or orange juice or something that will mask the taste.

This vitamin is okay but if you ever took metformin then you know how it is the first week with the symptoms. Berberine is just like metformin symptoms. My body could not handle this at all. I was so sick from taking this vitamin. But everyone is different but just read on it . But overall it's a good vitamin but didn't work for me.

Been having gastro issues since I started it, so I stopped. I didn't realize that was a side effect and that if you do take it, you should start at much lower doses than this. I do think it was helping my blood sugar, but it was too soon to tell for sure. So I cannot truly say how many stars. showing side effects in your catalog might be a good idea to do.
