Best Naturals Guarana 1200 mg 180 Tablets

In my late 70s. Take numerous OTC nootropics etc. This is the ONLY one that answers my energy needs. 3 tablets (they look scary, but go right down for me) in the early A.M. on awakening. I have to take 500 mg L-Tryptophan at bedtime now to sleep, %26 200 mg L-Theanine when I wake up mid-sleep cycle.

The bottle doesn't specify the exact content of caffeine and info on internet varies. Some say 600 mg of guarana has about 100 mg of caffeine. Other sites say that 1000 mg of guarana equivalent to 47 mg of caffeine. Therefore, one table of this product equals 56 mg of caffeine. I think this is very accurate because I took one tablet of this plus a small glass of a preworkout formula and do feel very awake but not jittery. AWESOME product!!! because the preworkout by itself did not make me feel like this and it works even better with a B-Complex vitamins added. I'd suggest to take only one if you are having another caffeine source or double it up if you are not taking any stimulant or caffeine source. REMEMBER it takes at least 6 hours to exit your body so know when you want to head to bed and do the math so it doesn't interfere in your ability to fall asleep.

I think these are “ok…” They don't give me a surge of energy. I don't really notice any change in anything. I take them as directed. So I probably won't repurchase.
