These are perfect size to swallow and no issues getting them down if you are used to talking supplements. Great for muscle mass and I usually take prior to my workout and then again midday. Easy on your stomach so you don't have to eat before or after while taking them. Great price as well!

I have to take an extensive amount of vitamins for medical reasons and these definitely are just as effective as more expensive brands I have tried. Even with typing in the name L Glutamine and 500mg dosage, I had to scroll through several pages of other supplements before coming to the product I wanted. Then I was given one delivery date in confirmation email, only to have another email change the delivery date. I'd just as soon NOT have the delivery date given to me until it's verified so I only get it once.

Received the order and it was clearly from an old lot. The expiration date was August 26. No earthly way anyone can consume that many pills in that time,
