This Resveratrol pill comes in a capsule form, that can be opened to add to smoothies; which, is what we do to help with cardiovascular, anti-aging, and anti-inflammatory support while also being an antioxidant. The pill contains 200 mg of grape skin, and 60 mg of red wine.

I took this supplement for the month's supply in this bottle. What I noticed is that my hands and feet did not swell during the day as they had prior to the use of this product. With so many supplements on the market these days, it is a challenge to take several with similar claims without experiencing some side effects. I must admit that this product did not interact with any other supplements that I take and they were easy to digest. Although I received this bottle to try and evaluate, I have since then re-ordered and it has become a regular part of my daily supplement regimen.

I like this product. For some reason it was delayed in transit. I do not think it was the seller's fault though. I think it was USPS that was at fault.

Resveratrol is a plant compound that comes from food and fruit such as wine berries, and grapes. It is an antioxidant. Resveratrol has many health benefits but take the statement with a grain of salt, as there needs to be more definitive research. As far as the supplement goes, it's not difficult to swallow. It is a capsule containing the powder inside. I do know that is supplement has more milligrams of resveratrol than the Sam's Club brand. Effectiveness - I'm not sure, as I have not taken it long enough to have new blood work done.

I have been using this in conjunction with my other supplements. The capsules are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste. The capsules look like any other herbal supplement. I'm hoping, over time, I will begin to notice the benefits I have read about.
