Bestway 58498E Flowclear 1500 GPH Sand Filter Pump for Above Ground Pools

I would recommend this seller. I had a part that came in broken and they immediately sent me another part which was the incorrect one. I contacted them again and they are working on sending me the correct part. Their customer service is wonderful!

Really good pump way better than the ones that come with the Bestway pools. I got a 14x48 and I have been dealing with cloudy water ect because the pump that comes with it does not do the job. Day one of useing it saw a big difference in my water. Cristal clear now!

This is a great company who sold me an ahip this item to me. It was supposed to be here sat for my son party but it actually came 2 days early . thank you so much .

It's hard to write a good review because I don't think that I should've had to order a whole new pump when just the mouth needed to be replaced. The mouth is always out of stock.. plus I think that parts/ pump should last more than two years without having to replace them. we store all items indoors during the winter and take very good care of them and it still developed a crack. So our new pump is great but for how long another two years?

This sandfilter and pump replaces the one I got with the pool I purchased from Costco, the Bestway Platinum series. I had to buy this entire package only because the sandfilter clamp, broke. Finding the replacement clamp was impossible. Everyone was out of stock. The unit will work great but the shipping was absolutely horrible. It was sent FedEx, ran several days late and no one knew where this big box was. No one as in Walmart, the 3rd party seller or FedEx. I contacted all three places and no one knew anything. Although,, FedEx was the best and only help. At least they told me that they would find it.

First of all it doesn't come with filter balls or sand. You will have to order them. My filter arrived in good time But it is missing some of the parts to attach it to the pool. It is missing parts.

First off it will not come in the time frame it says. Second, they delayed it so long now my pool is green, thanks for efficiently using your logistics department. Now they can send me free shock and chlorine to clean it up!!!!
