Bestway Power Steel 31'4" x 16' x 52" Rectangular Above Ground Pool Set

2nd time purchasing this pool! We had our first for 8 years. We have a very large family and we all have enjoyed this pool. Images are from set up - Looking forward to the next 8 years!

This pool works great for our big family. Set up was easy. This is our 2nd one, the other one had about 7 years and weather messed it up or would still have.

this pool is ecerything i wanted and more. delivery however took WAAAAY to long and i ended up having to pick it up myself from a warwhouse in Montgomery three weeks AFTER my estimate delivery date. . if i had to purchase again i would NOT ORDER. id look else where

this is the 3rd pool over 10 years we have had by this company and the quality is definitely going down hill. we already have a small leak as it got filled made from where they creased it too tight for packing. I am worried how many more there will be. liner is very thin compared to the last 2 so be aware! if this lasts 4 years i will be shocked 😕

First of all, this is NOT about the actual pool itself. Its about the buying process. The pool is aces, it went together quickly and its better than the one I purchased 5 years ago that fell apart. HOWEVER. We purchased this pool for $1399, and less than 2 weeks later it sold for $998. A $400 difference. In speaking with Mohamed in CS, I was told that "Walmart does not price match with other stores, OR ITSELF" and the best way to get my $400 is to purchase the one for $998, wait for it to arrive, AND RETURN IT IMMEDIATELY UNDER THE PREVIOUS ORDER NUMBER. I am no environmentalist, but seriously, how much gas is going to get burned bringing a new in the box pool to me, only to have the same truck (the box is about 500LBS) have to come pick it up unopened days later?? This makes no sense, and I cannot imagine there isnt a better way.

So far I'm not impressed. It arrived 6 days later than expected. As we start filling the pool, my husband is trying to get the filtration system up and running and there are pieces broken off the filter. I can't get a hold of the manufacturer per their website....and I can't finish filling the pool. BTW...... Today is Friday and now my kids are looking at a pool they can't use until we get help. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

my order was short a box. i ordered this pool which came in 2 boxes and i only got box 2 of 2. Box 1 of 2 is missing. i had to pay the people here to put the pool up even though i didnt have the pool. They charged me anyway. i need the other box.

Pool arrived and once it was setup, we discovered a leak in the liner. Walmart picked the pool up on 6/16, and was supposed to resend the replacement. After 2 weeks, replacement hasn’t arrived and Walmart admitted that it had never even been shipped out, 11 phone calls later, we were forced to request a refund. The sad part is they could t even verify that they received the damage pool back, when their designated shipping company picked it up. Horrible customer service, start to finish. I would not purchase even a pack of gum from Walmart at this point. Oh this most insulting part is that they offered to give me a 15% refund of $194 if I kept the leaking pool. The pool cost $1400. What an insult!

Make sure you get tracking information and keep your receipt. 1 received 1 of 2 boxes I'm missing the pool liner, the cover, and the pool sand pump I've received the poles to hold the pool up that's it. And I have a few hours of call time and transfer, Hold time on the phone. See my photo below

Only got 1 box of the 2. When I received the 1 box it was torn up. I called to get a replacement so they are sending but this was back before Thanksgiving and I still have to receive my replacement. I will not send back the 1 box i have until I get the full replacement. If I don't receive in the next few days I am going to just return and get my money back and forget the replacement. This is ridiculous, on waiting to get my replacement.
