I had this for the first time in Italy and was thrilled to find it at my local WalMart! Spread it on croissant dough, roll it up and bake, drizzle with chocolate and you will have the BREAKFAST served in Florence AND Venice Italy! So good. It is also good on a chocolate bar - great substitute for expensive Dubai chocolate!

Let this be your official warning. This product is highly addictive. Buy one and you’ll buy a dozen. Take it from this addict. You start by spreading it on bread or crackers or, if you’re fancy, crepes and pastries. It won’t take long, however, before you’re scooping it with a spoon straight into your mouth. Rich and creamy bite after bite. It is dangerously delicious, and I’m there for it!!

When I opened the jar of Pistachio Nut Spread, I was surprised by the color - Mr. Grinch Green! Of course that's the real color of Pistachios. (When I was a kid they dyed Pistachio shells red, and my Mom could always tell exactly which kids ate half the bag of pistachios, because the dye turned our fingers bright red, and we couldn't scrub it off! ) Anyway, back to my review- when I opened the jar there was a bit of oil on top of the Pistachio Spread, just like with Peanut Buttter. I gave it a quick stir, put some on a slice of Sweet Hawaiian bread, took a bite... THEN THE HEAVENS OPENED! This stuff is fabulous! It's very rich, and a little bit goes a long way - you probably won't even want jam.

First time trying this and it is AMAZING! It appears a lot of buyers had a different experience than mine, but taste delicious. Some oil was on the top but you have to stir it, just like the oils in peanut butter can separate. I would say give it a try.

I bought this before reading the reviews, I just saw that it had four stars so I figured I’d give it a shot. After purchasing, I decided to read why this had one star reviews. I’m not too sure if the one star reviews were people that received a bad batch, but I was very satisfied with the way it tasted and the consistency. It is way more delicious than I had thought and didn’t have that strong flavor that lingered in your mouth. Sometimes I even take a spoonful after dinner just for a little snacky snack. I will be buying another batch so hopefully it tastes the same as my first order. But overall, this is very delicious and I recommend.

This is great butter, but I've only tried this kind so can't compare it to any other brand. Word of warning though, it is EXTREMELY SWEET. Almost sickeningly. It overpowered the pistachio taste almost entirely. Would be best adding to a dessert recipe or snack. It's much too sweet to eat much of off a spoon. Definitely will hit that sweet craving during that time of the month though haha!

giving it 3 stars because i’ve bought it several times and it’s always been good so I don’t want to be totally negative but this last time I got it the pistachio butter was super rancid. I thought I was going crazy because the taste was almost like soap and I thought I hadn’t rinsed the spoon I used to scoop it well, but no. it was definitely spoiled. really turned me off.

The first jar that I purchased was delicious and a nice bright green color. The next jar purchased was more brown than green and the flavor was not the same. If your jar is a nice pretty green, buy it, if it looks brown put it down.

Please be cautious of ordering online. I have ordered twice and both times I have received the jars with broken tape seals. The top lids are also always dirty with fingerprints. I have had to throw both jars away due to biohazard concerns and safety for my family. Unfortunately, I cannot say what it tastes like as people are so gross and keep tampering with this specific item to taste it. I beg you, Walmart, please change the seal on these. Until then, I will no longer purchase this item.

I make chocolates. This products use to be my go-to because it was delicious. But recently, I bought a batch as I usually would do, I got about 12. All of them had a strong chemical aftertaste that I never experienced before. They smelt a little chemically when opening them and they all had the typical oil separation that you will see with a lot of pistachio butters but this oil was so off putting because it was a vile artificial green colouring and there was so much of it. That wasn't even the problem, the problem was the taste. So disappointed. I don't know if they changed their formula or what One of the bottles specifically was so beyond disgusting, it tasted like PURE chemicals, I almost got sick.
