Easy to take
It is fast and easy to swallow.

Great for Inflammation
It really worked for my 7-year old knee inflammation problem. Skeptically, on a Saturday morning, I began by taking 2 capsules. By Tuesday, just 3 days later, I realized the stinging in my knees had DRASTICALLY decreased. After a week of taking, I am able to get out in the garden, after working all day!! Wish I had found this 7-years ago!
