Black Seed Oil - 1250 mg - 60 Softgel Capsules

I don't know what the original idea of this medicine is for, but my friend bought it for me and after taking it for more than 1 month, my nails are longer and not breaking, my hair seems to be longer, and my attitude is better. I don't get irritated as much. I am very pleased with it and hope that it will help me loose a little weight, which I was hoping that it will do eventually.

I have only been taking this larger amt. for a short period but took the 500 mg. for about a month and didn't see any results and it was from the same company but with this larger dose i think i am beginning to see results but the juror is still out.

Ver good Easy to swallow

Give it time to get into your system, it works wonders cleaning out your gut for starters... You must take 2 capsules a day, 1 in the morning (if you take medicine, take the black seed minimum of 1 hour later) and you take the 2nd capsule in the evening.

I started with a purchase from a health food store. Same label on the bottle as the one I ordered. But I don't know yet.The 500mg,seemed to be more stronger in potency, than the 1250mg,bottle on line. Still being evaluated.
