BLACK+DECKER 1.7L Rapid Boil Electric Cordless Kettle, Black, KE1500B

Got this about two weeks ago for my grandmom, who is unable to use her gas stove now due to her new oxygen tank. She loves this cordless electric kettle and uses it to make her tea every morning. And let me tell you, this is not an easy-going woman. I think I've returned three microwaves for things the average person would laugh at (nope, she can't make tea in the 4th microwave either-too egregious for her bold Italian heart. Thank the heavens that she tolerates it for food now, at least). Fingers crossed it holds up for awhile!!!

Style and performance! I’ve always been pleased with all of my Black and Decker purchased products. They do the job they are designed to do, and don’t disappoint! I have an electric mixer that ROCKS!

Does it's job perfectly! No complaints

This is my third one in the last 2 years. The first 2 stopped working even though they were no more than a year old each. However, I love the look of this kettle and the light weight of this kettle so I bought another one. I hope this one will be around for a while.

It boils quickly and works as described. I am a bit concerned that it's plastic. I didn't pay attention to that detail. My las one was stainless steel.

This is an amazing little device. We have used this in the house for making tea but then found a great use for it in the Semi Truck that my spouse drives so that he could enjoy anything that needed hot water instantly like cup of noodles or ramen or even just a cup of hot water to warm his hands.
