The stream works well the dial is easy for my mother to operate and she love the beauty of the iron. It's her birthday gift.

I haven't used it for more than a couple weeks so hopefully this iron doesn't let me down in the future but for now I'm happy with the purchase. Heats up fast and well, doesn't leak.

Excellent performance, no water leaks and operates smoothly. I love all of the features and sensors to stay safe while using it or accidentally leaving it turned on. It was turn off if it falls over and it get cool if it is idle for a period of time and not in use! It's also not heavy, so it's Perfect for my needs!

This iron works great. The steam selection is convenient. I recommend it for general use and for pressing sewing projects.

It gets hot fast %26 works very well %26 I like that it shuts off automatically as well as a retractable plug.

This is a great iron! It gets hot quickly and irons fabric perfectly. I use this iron for mainly ironing cotton fabric when I am quilting. I highly recommend!

Absolutely love this iron. I have been buying Rowenta irons for years and this iron is just as good and the steam on the Black and Decker os a wonderful iron.

I love this Iron, the steam is great, I love the retractable cord as well, Presses clothes nice, the only negative for me is that the Dial is hard to read, My eyesight is poor and it's an effort for me to read, So only 4 Stars, but donlt let that stop you, this is a great Iron, it glides over material and the water resivoir lasts awhile, No Leaks which is Fab,

The cord swing around and it's considered dangerous and contractions of the cord of the iron is deemed unsafe. It takes several times to retract the iron cord

Turned the iron on, filled it up with water let it heat started to iron a blouse and water just poured out from the bottom of the iron soaking the blouse
