Braun Contact 5 Forehead Digital Thermometer, White, BFH175US

I love the Braun Forehead Thermometer. The thermometer is so easy to use. I just pressed the power button and hold gently/directly in center on my child forehead. The thermometer scans an within seconds I have an accurate temperature reading. The thermometer has a nice size screen. The screen displays the numeric number for the temperature. Also, the thermometer is color coded which indicates the severity of their fever. I love the color coded feature so much. My pediatrician actually recommended this thermometer for use. I love that it can be used for my whole family. I love that it's fast reading and accurate. The thermometer has come in handy already in my household. My sons is teething and has had a fever recently. The thermometer is awesome and is a must have in all households. I very thankful to have this new thermometer because I know it will give me an accurate fast reading when I need it.

We absolutely love our new Braun thermometer! It's fast, gentle, and so easy to use! Whenever my daughter wasn't feeling well, it was more or less a guessing game trying to figure out if she had a fever or not, but with this forehead thermometer it's so nice knowing that I can get an accurate temperature within seconds. The Braun thermometer has an easy to read screen that also changes colors if your child has a temperature above normal, which gives you comfort in knowing that you are getting an accurate reading. I love this thermometer and highly recommend it to not only first time mommies but mommies with older kids too!

This is THE BEST forehead thermometer! It has batteries already when it arrives. That's nice. This thermometer doesn't swipe across the forehead, but takes a temp while held in one spot. We had 2 very sick children...an infant and a toddler. The pediatricians advised us to track their temps. If their temps spiked, we had certain things we were to do. And if that didn't work, we were advised to go to ER. This forehead thermometer recorded quickly. Just to double check, we used another thermometer as a way to know it was accurate. It was. It has a brightly lit screen, so no need to turn the light on when you need to take your child's temp at night. It beeps when it has finished. Highly highly recommend this thermometer.

The forehead thermometer was large enough for me to get a secure grip on it. It takes the temperature reading in seconds and displays it with large number readings to record. I like how it uses colors to determine the stages of concern for your temperature,with the color of red being the one more severe. I liked being able to take the reading with little to no light,because the thermometer light was easy to see at nighttime.I like being able to take the temperature in the forehead, for it was an easy place on the body to get to on my child or myself . I also liked how it required literally no hard pressing against the forehead to get a reading. The protective cap was good for keeping the thermometer clean for the next temperature reading. The thermometer gave fast, accurate easy reading ever time.

The digital forehead thermometer gives fast and accurate readings. It's not as invasive as the mouth thermometers which, in my opinion helps prevent the spread of bacteria. The screen changes colors depending on the temperature. It give the ability to know if someone has a fever in less than 5 seconds.

Got the Braun Forehead Thermometer, BFH175 to do a review on and the fact that i have been wanting one of these types of thermonometers for a long time. I have a wonderful 3 year old and he hates anything in his ears or anything to do with having to take his temp so i was happy to get this. We tried it on him just for fun and he was happy with it and he even wanted to try it on me. It works very well and i love the color change when the fever is high it lets me know that its not a good temp. It is kinda hard to get the battery cover off, my thumb kept sliding off of it but i eventually got it off. Overall i am happy with it and i will recommend it to others.

This is super easy to use and read. It will light up with different temps. Green you are good. Yellow is running a fever and red is go to the doctor. It comes with a cap to protect the front and even batteries. I tested the numbers out with my other thermometer and it was pretty accurate with both.

This thermometer is a life savor plus saves some stress. It's so quick i didn't think it was right. So I took temp with regular thermometer and sure enough it was exactly the same. My kids hate sitting still and getting their temps are hard. I couldn't be more in love with this and actually don't dread taking my kids temps anymore.

The Braun Forehead Thermometer makes taking a temperature easy as can be. It requires 2 AAA batteries (included) and it's as simple as turn it on, press the temperature button, hold to your forehead in between and just above your eyes, wait for the beep (no more than 2-3 seconds) and read the temperature, calculated to the tenth of a degree. It's even color coded, so green means you're in the normal healthy range, yellow means you might be running a slight fever, and red means you've got a high fever. I love this thermometer and can't imagine anything easier. Highly recommended!

Received item a few days ago. Nicely packaged up and no damages. In the box came the thermometer, batteries, cap for the thermometer and instructions. Put batteries in and the turn on. We ended up having to use this right away. My daughter had a low Grade fever. This had a digital read out To use, place on forehead and push the read button. It takes an instant reading and shows on the digital display. Once done, there is a cap that you put on the end of the thermometer so you keep it from getting damaged when storing. It was pretty easy to use.
