My second purchase of this item...timely shipping. Love that it is whole grain...not granulated ie medium etc. Shared it with my housemate who never had kasha before and she said wow this is real yummy !

it's a little expensive, and a taste is different too compared to European stores, but i glad that i found it in Walmart. Plus, i will probably buy it again, but I'm not sure

Kasha not groats
We forgot that kasha means the groats are roasted. We're getting used to adding the ground kasha to our pancake batter and breads, using less as we adjust. We usually purchase groats for our uses.
