The individual pieces rattle around inside the case though I put them back in there and their proper spots the first time I picked it up they fell out and started rattling around the pliers and anything with handles are snapped and they're so tight you can't move them we'll get them out

THEY REALLY WORK! I plugged them up and turn them on at night to zap the gnats that I can't see during the day and when I awake I notice that they're zapped bugs laying around and bigger flies in the pull out tray. They work during the day as well due to the light being very bright! I have 4 of them around because no matter what, INSECTS WILL GET IN.

I read the reviews, which were pretty positive, so I purchased it. I am completely pleased with this product!!! Believe me, it really works inside for any flying bugs and is well worth the purchase!!!! You can't beat the price or quality! Highly recommend!

The mosquitoes were vicious when I first installed the machine because their relatives had fallen victim to the set up but boy did this thing really come through like the previous ratings claimed. Only two to three weeks into having it up and my long term mosquito problem has vanished entirely. I've never been so peaceful in that area of my home in my life. It also zapped a bunch of flies that randomly appeared. Great product I STRONGLY recommend for indoor use. I have a new born and was thankful for No need for mosquito poison having purchased this.

It works!! Even though it's in a large room eventually the flies and nets make their way to the light. After a day or so my house has been peaceful for the past month that I have had this wonderful contraption

I am really surprised how good it works. We had a problem with drain flies/ fruit flies? It has really helped.

This item does work, but it is extremely loud when it does. Had a fly land on it and catch on fire. Wasn't big or anything, but still scary and could be dangerous.

It arrived with one bulb broken or when I pulled out of box the ends of bulb cardboard were not taped with simple 1” piece of tape. I actually wrote email to company requesting they send new bulb (just one of the 2) and they ignored. Also it kept tripping my circuit so……not good.

I bought four. One started buzzing repeatedly in one spot with no insects. So decided I would return the one and get another one; however, a day later another one had the same issue. With in days, all four were doing the same thing at different locations on the zapper. They did work, but malfunctioned quickly.
