Helps me fall asleep
I take 3 each evening and 1-hr. later I'm asleep. They are also a powerful anti-oxidant.

They're OK I just don't like is there softgels and they're black they're just not appealing to the eye I mean as long as they do the job that's all that matters

doesn't work for me
I like how they're soft gels. The price is great for the amount you get, but I just don't see any difference when I take it. I'm glad it works for others but unfortunately this does nothing for me. I've been taking two every night before bed, and I just don't feel anything compared to other brands.

I never received this order after it was posted that it was delivered and where it was delivered to I still don't know but it was not delivered to my address
