Diabetic hubby loves them! (Sugar free)
I buy them for baking, but my diabetic hubby discovered them, and there's no going back. If he finds them, he "snacks 'em."

Xantham gum. Good stuff
You'll need to wait 24 hours for product to dissolve but once done it's an excellent thickener that is tasteless and inexpensive.
