My husband's a prediabetic so we're trying to do a lot better on our eating habits, but when I do make French toast, he likes to put powdered sugar on it, which I found this and it's a great alternative and it's a lot healthier and he likes it so I will continue buying this

Great for baking!
i love to bake and this did really well in place of table sugar. I've used it in a sugar free chocolate cheesecake and sugar free brownies. Both were excellent. I ike that this doesn't appear to recrystallize and the flavor is very mild. I use it one to one in place of table sugar.
