The taste was great as bimble tuna is my very favorite. I have tried many kinds but the quality is the best. I made it with just a little mayo and added some pecans so yummy. Sometimes I put the drained tuna in with macaroni mayo and celery and red diced salad peppers. Delicious.
This is the only tunafish that I'll eat. I've tried others and they are just not up to my standards. I found bones in some so I didn't buy them anymore if I'm cartilage in some so I didn't buy that anymore and I found like fish scales in one I won't buy that anymore and those are all high priced tuna fish so I tried this one here and I love it. I really do. I've never never had a problem with it. I'm not officiator so I don't eat it all the time, but I like to have four cans at least in on hand. But if you're a picky, tuna fish eater and don't eat fish this is what you need to get that delicious tuna fish. I squeeze the water out of it like to the point where it is so dry dry dry and then I add I put my own filter water pour in it squeeze out pouring and squeeze out do the same thing over and over again until I squeeze everything out and again it's dry like I said I'm a picky eater and this is the only way I can eat tuna fish. All I do is make sandwiches with it. I can't eat it hot so I can't put it in pasta and I can't eat salads because I don't like a lot of things and like I said I'm a picky eater, but it does good in the pantry, I put one can in the refrigerator cause it has to be cold for me to eat it. Make a nice sandwich using the only Hellmann's and some special subs that I get to. I'm picky on bread too I've tried so many and I finally found a several that I liked I love actually it's got queer plastic with a green label. It's always soft when I get it and that's what I like about it and then I devour the sandwich . Tuna fish, tuna fish. This is the only one I get.
very very expensive but if you're on a low salt diet what choice do you have. when I first tried it I was very surprised because it tastes like tuna instead of salt. they say it's prime filet but sometimes it's not. sometimes it's all little pieces. I wouldn't mind if it was chunk light as long as it was very low salt like this one is
I love tuna fish to make a sandwich or put over a salad plus this had less sodium that's a winner for less salt it might be a little more but we all need to cut back on salt this can even go on romaine lettuce leaves.
This albacore is the best I have ever found on the market. I don't mind paying a higher price for great quality.
this tuna is so far best version of prime solid albacore ever goes down well into salads and for sandwiches
I've loved this tuna for years. It's too bad it's out of stock now with Walmart.
My go to for albacore tuna-love that it is low-sodium
The description says 'solid white' ... it definitely is not. It's small pieces, shredded for the most part. The taste is good, but a more solid product would be better.
I ordered $70 worth of canned chicken. Received one 8 pack with 7 cans. It was late. Paid $9 for $16 worth of product to be delivered. I guess this won't happen again. Safeways, here I come!
