i love this stuff! Its a great boost for my workout, especially first thing in the morning without impacting my fast when intermittent fasting. I will buy it whenever u run out, but I definitely prefer buying it when there are Walmart cash ir Ibotta rebates. they make the value even better.

I haven't used pre-workouts in several years, but I decided to start back with this one in my home gym. I did one scoop the first day and it was decent so the next day I did the recommended two scoops, and that works for me. After about 30 minutes I can feel it. It's not overpowering energy but it's a good source and feels great.

Give it about 20-30 minutes, once this stuff kicks in you are going to be everywhere in the gym. Worked amazing! Had my wife and I pumped up the entire time. Gives you the tingles throughout your body once you get past that you're good

it was okay.i should've read the packaging and realized there was cayenne pepper in it and saved myself the heartburn. but if you're in to that kind of stuff, this is perfect for you.

I dont like this particular flavor, i feel i should've got the watermelon or a more straightforward flavor. this stuff almost makes me want to throw up when i drink it. but it definitely gives me a boost of energy and gets me feeling ready to work out. so it does what it says, but it also takes about 3 scoops for me to get any results.

not as stimulating as i had hoped.

It was ok in my opinion, I didn't like how it crystallized when it set over time, but definitely gave me what I was looking for in a pre and post work supplement. I just like BPI better.

I ordered Artic Ice as I al8do and they gave me fruit punch!My husband HATES fruit punch! This is almost $30 and ridiculous that we have to just suck it up!
