First time purchase. I use olive oil on everything. Also, when frying food. This olive oil is not overwhelming in taste, which I like. Especially on salads or in sour dough french bread. I put argula, avocado, tomatoes and dill weed over toasted french bread with a drizzle of this oil for breakfast. This oil just makes the whole thing come together. Some olive oils are too heavy tasting which I don't like. The bottle I love. It has indentations in the glass, so it doesn't slip in you'r hands. Very smart. Also, the plastic top pours well. Just a little or a lot. This is my choice in the future. Also, made in California.

California Ranch has the best pure affordable olive oil period whether domestic or global. When the crops and weather are right. hopefully the price comes down. This has always been pure EVOO domestic or global. I use for cooking or salad dressing

This is the first olive oil that I actually like the flavor of. I have added it to all kinds of different foods and it enhances their flavor. It, also, cooks like a dream. One of my speedy meals is to microwave some angel hair pasta, then just add this olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, oregano, ground fennel, and onion powder. The olive oil really brings out the flavor of the Barilla angel hair, and it is a nice change from always having tomato marinara on my pasta.

This is the best olive oil you can buy on the market. It has the most olive oil in the bottle compared to others. I will not buy any other olive oil from here on in.

I liked it better when California Olive Ranch was strictly from California olives not imported from overseas. I read a study stating that imported oils are shipped by boats and are already aged by the time it reaches the US. I researched to find EVOO from the US and bought it for years. Disappointed in this change. It doesn't taste the same.

I would have given a 5 star but the olive oil when delivered was simply solidifying or crystallizing from the cold , other than that it was a great buy and after becoming to room temp tasted fine.
