Good for Pilates Mat Exercises
I purchased this foam roller to do mat Pilates It is firm enough to support me during bridges and rolls smoothly during pikes. It has helped me to duplicate a reformer workout without the studio prices

Excellent
Perfect for stretching my spine and rolling on the sore lower back area. My physical therapist showed me how to use it for my spine and it is worth so much more than w paid for it.
