They were packaged securely with a plastic wrap around the lid and a foil seal under that lid. No tampering with the product fkr safety. I live that they shrunk the size of the vitamins now. I take a few supplements daily so them being smaller makes it easier to swallow. I like that they contain vitamins and minerals that are needed for people my age in the correct amounts. This makes them more effective in keeping me healthy. They are tasteless and do not make me "burp" them up either, like some vitamins.

The ingredients are good and contain most vitamins needed for his age. The dosage was 2 tablets a day. He tried them for about a month now, and he seems to feel better than before. I like that they are smaller than most other vitamins. They have nosfter taste, many due. The price is reasonable. Easy to open bottle.. Provides most if not all the vitamins and minerals recommended. Easy on my digestive system. You should give them a try.

They may not smell the greatest, but at least they don't get stuck in your throat where you taste them all day. I will definitely be looking for the women's 50+ minis.
