Required equipment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this to keep my grill covered for the 7 years I have owned it and I would not have it any other way. The cover is durable and very protective. If you get a grill, get the cover and if the cover wears out, get another one.

Durable material, perfect fit, and looks great.
The Char-Griller Akron grill cover fits perfectly. I can store charcoal, lighter blocks, chimney starter and wood blocks on the shelf of the grill, and the cover hides them like a cabinet. We hope it extends the life of our pool since we store it on the lanai, near our pool. No negatives at all.

Great Features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Akorn for 10 years or so and it never disappoints! I use it to smoke meats and it holds temps and cooks food as good or better than the higher priced ceramic cookers and I don't have to worry about it cracking or chipping. I also use it as a charcoal grill and it performs awesome!

Glad I got this: summer rain is upon us!
fits perfectly. Our grill was getting rain inside: now it's protected from the massive amounts of rain we are getting in FL right now.It's an investment in maintaining the grill in much better shape.

Akorn cover

I really love this grill. It does a fantastic job. Temperature is easy to regulate, nice and easy clean up. I haven't tried the smoke option yet but plan on that this weekend !!!

Really weather proof.

just ok
some covers have the vent cover area molded around vent.i noticed small holes in material l where sewed(for the extra money, buy the cover with the vent area molded in)

The grill cover was never received. The grill was delivered to the wrong address and was the wrong item (a spar). After several calls to Walmart it to be returned by FEDEX (3/24/35)
