Char-Griller Smokin’ Outlaw Charcoal Grill and Offset Smoker

I was hesitant getting a bigger smoker being that 2 iut of the last 3 would hold the heat. But the Smokin Outlaw superseded all expectations. very well made, ease of cleaning, and holds the heat well. Easy to follow assembly.

Very happy with my purchase, easy to assemble, it arrived with some details, the base of one of the bars arrived bent but it is understandable when you order it online. but in general everything arrived well.

Great quality and very big. Would but again. Needs better wheels. Don't come with warning rack or drip cup. A lot of work to assemble. Needs better hooks also. None of this takes away from the fact that I am happy with the grill though.

Damaged in shipping. Front side/bottom barrel is bowed out so much that the middle 2 grates have very little edge to rest on and keep falling down into the bottom barrel. Defeats the whole process of grilling out actually ON the grill....

Showed up on time. The box was mangled. Both top and bottom of grill were bent and 3 of the grates were broken. I bent it back into shape and replaced the grates and works ok now. Can't be bothered to return due to being so far.

The box came in really bad shape and when we opened it, the hardware was scattered all over. There were 2 owner's manuals both on Spanish. We put the grill together using an online version of the manual. Several screws and locking washers were missing. One of the grates came broken. The side shelf support came bent. If we had not spent so much time putting it together we would have returned it; now we have to deal with customer service to try to resolve theses issues. The two middle grates are almost too short for the width of the grill, they sit on the very edge of the support which if you look closely at the picture is slightly bent. Overall I am disappointed in this purchase. I purchased my previous chargriller grill from Home Depot and had none of these issues. Lastly this grill doesn't come with a warming rack, so if you need one you'll have to buy it separately.

Product is apparently used. One of the cast iron grates are broken off already. The hardware was already open when taken out of the box. Rip off

It was shipped broken and nothing was shipped or refunded to fix it

After one use it it externally rusted all over, doesn't hold heat, and the built in thermometer isn't accurate at all. I removed/cleaned used charcoal, ensured the iron grates were greased/lubricated after use, and properly covered the grill as well. Even after doing all this the entire inside of the grill rusted all all to include the attached smoker! (I've never experienced this with any of my former grills or smokers). DO NOT BUY!!!
