Makes seasoning carnitas a lot easier. I've blended and chopped my own dry spices together in the past to get flavorful seasoning for carnitas. This helps take the legwork out of the seasoning process, making it easier to enjoy carnitas on a more frequent basis. The taste is good and not overly bland and definitely on the mild side if you are afraid of spicy food.

Made this mix to some shredded pork and made ourselves (family of 5) for taco Tuesday! My husband enjoyed it in a burrito covered in refried beans, sour cream, pico d'gaio, and of course some cheese! Children loved the mix as well! Super easy to use: pour, mix and serve!

Delicious. The flavor was there and delicious. Definitely one of my go to's now . Not only was it super flavorful but it packed a small kick that made just felt right ! This is a great seasoning mix! I used it for pulled pork but plan on using it for seasoning proteins for salad and tacos. We added it to sour cream to make our own dip. It's super flavorful without being too spicy and my kids love it too! This seasoning mix is a winner!

This seasoning was absolutely delicious, I make carnitas at home often and will definitely be using this from on now. It was packed with soo much flavor and just gave my carnitas the best flavor they've had in awhile. But this can also be used to season just carne asada or any other meat, Not just for Carnitas.

Let me start by stating that I am a major Cholula hot sauce fan. Before trying their seasoning packets, you'd find Cholula (in various flavors) in my kitchen, at my parents house, and in my work office for lunch. Anyway, I tried their Pork Carnitas mild seasoning packet and it was the perfect touch to our traditional carnitas made in our crock pot. We added the meat (obviously) and some standard ingredients, then instead of stand alone seasonings, we sprinkled in the packet and they pork came out incredible!

Ive never tried products from this company before, but I received this one for free in exchange for leaving a review. It was easy to make and added great flavor to our pork. Added a few extra toppings (chopped onion, lettuce, etc) and it made a fantastic meal. Will be looking for this in the store.

At first opening this smells delicious. Used it as a dry rub for pork shoulder roast. My 2 year old ate an entire bowl of meat! If that does not mean it's great, I don't know what does! A touch of heat, a dash of lime and overall good seasonings. We got this as a sample from Bzzagent, but will 100% buy again.

This was tasty! We deviated a bit and used the spice mix on beef (chuck roast) in a crockpot instead of pork in a pressure cooker but still very tasty and easy prep for a protein! I used about half the packet for 1-2lbs of roast. Splash of OJ, and it was very flavorful.
