I absolutely love this heating pad. It was not in the description, but I had assumed that since it wraps all the way around, the back would be heated too, because sometimes you cramp in the front and back. However, it does not heat the back. It does heat up fast and has up to a 6-hour timer, which is great for when you tend to fall asleep. With the Velcro, it doesn't fall off when wrapped around you. I'm a bit on the heavier side, so I wear an XL (16-18), and it doesn't fall off wrapped around me. Even if someone was larger, they could MacGyver it and add Velcro around the back. Just make sure, if you're a side sleeper, to have it plugged in on the side you're laying on since it has a cord. But I do love it! I might just order another one for my back side.

This is larger and better than I expected, and I was hoping for some decent, targeted relief but maaaan, it's especially nice in the cold! Definitely recommend. Spend a little extra for the higher quality and range, it's worth it even if you don't need or use it for cramps. 10/10, will get again once it fails so long as it lasts enough for the price!

This is a wonderful product. Such a huge help with my back pain and my daughter's cramps. It's soft, has a cute handy pocket, and temperature and timer controls. I would recommend. Would be great if it had a way to go cordless.

This is one of the best heating pads that I have ever had. It is unexplainably, soft and perfect the way that it wraps around. It gets perfectly hot instead of burning you amazing for my period cramps.
