I ordered this for a friend that has chronic shoulder issues requiring steroid shots. He uses the product for pain when he has over done it. The heat output is really great and the product is constructed of a light weight, durable fabric. The actual shoulder pouch conforms to his shoulder really well and the vibrating action provides extra comfort.

For the last month and half I've been having arthritis pain in my right shoulder. this has helped with the pain, the heat and massage helped relieve some of this pain.. this is easy to put on and easy to set the heat and massage , I've been using this since I got it and it made a big difference in the morning when I put it on and be able to work thru the day. I'm glad I brought this.

I bought this for my husband because he has shoulder issues.However, due to the fact that he has wide shoulders, it did not fit very snug on his shoulders to get the full effect.I wanted to return it, but he wanted to keep it.I personally wouldn't buy it for a man on the bigger side.But would buy it for myself

instructions are very unclear and there is no way to contact the company. in the instructions it says for questions contact us and there is no website or phone number. there is a QR code that you can scan which I did which takes you to worthless videos on YouTube. the product might work if you knew what you were doing. my biggest complaint is there's no one to ask questions to by email by website or by phone number very disappointed

I'm in the process of ordering its replacement, the one I received worked 3 times, the one massager stopped operating, then 10 minutes later the second one stopped working. I returned it, something Im not accustomed doing, but in this case, when it worked I loved it, therefore i'm hoping for better luck on my next one.

Charged fully but only stayed only stayed on for less than a minute. Instructions to use were no existent. Would not recommend and would give it zero stars if I could.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Only lasted 3 minutes and will not charge. Has been having problems for a couple of months, but i could keep touching the screen and it would finally charge, but has now totally quit. Was a waste of $
