Because I'm dealing with a dislocated shoulder and a complete tear of the rotator cuff, it's a little hard to get it on and fit right but once I get it on my shoulders and the back of my neck, I have neck problems also, it really helps me sleep. Of course this doesn't stay hot forever but long enough to loosen up my muscles and open up those vessels to get more blood flowing through there. I'm extremely happy with it and would recommend it to anybody.

This is my third time I buy this. For a woman who works at her desk for long hours and for a senior who injured his arm and told me he couldn't bear the pain in his neck and shoulders and for myself.

I wish it had a clasp so it stays in place around my neck or shoulder (maybe tricky for microwave?). And a washable cover. I'd pay more for the additional features. But otherwise, I love it. Nice aroma, nice weight, nice texture of the material.

Purchased for someone as a gift. They truly love it and use it all the time - both for hot and cold. Versatile item!

Arrived dirty covered with hair (human and pet) and lots of various lint. I didn't bother to give it a test run as I found it disgusting. I don't recommend buying this type of product because there's no guarantee it'll arrive in sealed, new, unused condition. Very disappointing experience. I don't know why products aren't examined before shipping to ensure the item is in sealed, new, unused condition. Instead, I received someone's opened, dirty, used and returned item. Gross.
