Cuisinart MultiClad Pro Triple Ply Stainless Saucepan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 1.5 qt saucepan after having first bought the 3 qt chef's pan of similar construction. I have not owned it as long as the 3 qt but I expect it will continue to last as well as that one. I have copied some of my review on the 3 qt because this has performed as expected and has the same attributes. Durable construction, beautiful shining stainless steel, fast and even from the aluminum core. It is as good as or better than commercial kitchen quality, and the price on these Cuisinart pans is an amazing value. I highly recommend. This pan will cook well and last you for years to come.

We just bought an induction range so needed new pots and pans. After some research, I decided to try Cuisinart multiclad cookware. I love my pans! They heat evenly and clean up well. My husband was hesitant to purchase pans that need a little care. He has decided they are great to cook with and taking care of them is easy.

These pots are heavy enough, thickness wise, for caramel and cream sauces. They are good quality and I find them very useful. Of course, I've had Cuisinart food processors since the first year that they were made, so am not surprised at the quality.

I had a similar Cuisinart pan that I loved but changed my stovetop to an induction model. Had to look high and low to identify this induction-ready pan. It is worth the search. I love it. Well balanced, the handle stays cool to the touch, and actually enjoyable to clean it up after use.

This pan is tri-ply stainless steel with an aluminum core layer in the entire pan. It does not have a thick plate on the bottom with thin sides; the whole pan is tri-ply. The edges have a good pouring lip and are smooth, but are not completely covered with stainless. I have used it several times and am satisfied with the weight, level bottom and close-fitting lid.

Ive not used it much yet, however, I also purchased a 9" skillet that I've used a lot, and I love it. I highly recommend stainless steel cookware. No toxic chemicals to worry about.

I have several of these pots and I absolutely love them. I really love that the handle doesn't get hot however the lid gets very hot - you have to use a dish towel lift it off the pot.

Washes beautifully and is very nice looking. It's so nice to have a common pot work like an uncommon pot!

It heats quickly, read directions and never use it on high heat. Seals moisture in and pours nicely without dribbling down side.

These are nice looking pans, definitely a learning curve and they do require maintenance, washing and drying by hand and not using stainless utensils, they scratch. I am used to throwing everything in the dishwasher, and you can do that with these but they come out with spots and discoloration, don't recommend it if you want them to stay looking nice.
