Great for your hormones.
I was recommended this item by my doctor to help with my hormones. It's definitely helping but the taste and smell are awful. I've started taking them at night and it's helped tremendously with the after taste and belching.

150mg is better for some ppl
Other available products are much higher milligrams, like 300 mg. This is half that. Appreciate it.

The only thing that was a problem was that I paid extra postage to receive an item earlier but didn't get it until 2 days later than I wanted. But I was refunded the extra postage right away when I call in about it.
