Ooh, that's amazing! I spoilt my skin pretty bad when I went to a hot place in the middle of the winter. Even though I used sunscreen my skin ended up being very red and irritated for over 2 years! I did a lot of things, but the fastest result I saw was with this keratin. I started taking it when I realized that my skin probably didn't have good enough protective layer which is made of keratin. I didn't even finish one bottle but my skin is almost perfect now! I also hope it's gonna help with my soft nails because they are almost completely made of keratin. But I'll need a bit more time to see how they grow. I didn't expect such a fast result with the skin though. Super happy!

it's only been about 1 month since I've been taking this so obviously I can't really talk about any results because these kind of supplements (actually all supplements) cannot affect the hair that has already grown out. It affects the hair underneath your scalp in the follicles while it's being made into hair. I plan on taking this for months. I'm hoping that it will help improve the quality and strength of my hair as well as help stimulate my follicles to start growing hair again at the parts that have traction alopecia. It's not very big in size and it doesn't have a taste so it's easy to take. When you unscrew the cap there's a bit of a unsavory smell but that's all. I've had no adverse effects from this supplement.

The size of the pill is just right. Not too big and an easy swallow. Feels like there's some quality ingredients in it and I use together with a biotin supplement. Heads up though about the smell. The smell… my god it smells like clams. Nearly knocked me out when I opened it. On top of that it makes me personally (I don't know about anyone else) burp and leaves the taste of clams behind😖. It only lasts about an hour though, proceed with caution???

it has a bit of fish smell but doesn't taste like that. capsule size is not too big, so it was easy to swallow. I can't tell whether I'm getting any benefit yet. I'm taking this to have my nails and hair faster. I'm not sure it is working at the moment, though.

Hydrolyzed Keratin works good for my hair. I've noticed less breakage and overall healthier hair. Other than that I did not notice much difference.

First thing I noticed when I opened the bottle was the strong fishy smell, but I am still waiting to see results as I do not mind the smell as long it helps me with hair loss. I will update the review when I finish the bottle of keratin. Note: the individual pills do not smell a lot, the fishy smell is concentrated in the bottle with all the pills.
