Low calorie
I was nicely surprised to find out that this was only 10 cal per serving. It is a good value for the amount that you get. I would have to say that the flavor is just OK.

Great natural snack
I eat dates because they are a natural source of magnesium, potassium and fiber. Walmart's product is the best I've found and reasonably priced.
