Low calorie
I was nicely surprised to find out that this was only 10 cal per serving. It is a good value for the amount that you get. I would have to say that the flavor is just OK.

Great natural snack
I eat dates because they are a natural source of magnesium, potassium and fiber. Walmart's product is the best I've found and reasonably priced.

These date pieces are wonderful, as Dole products always are. Great flavor, good in bar cookies, drop cookies, etc.
