I love to use these green chiles for cooking. They are flavorful and add enough heat to your savory dishes. They are roasted and you can definitely taste that. I only wish I could find them in bigger containers, but they are my go to for chile verde and creamy green chile enchiladas.

Spicey
The heat in these were a surprise, usually for hatch chili week the ones at the stores here are not that spiced. I really liked it for convenience and value.

Great Flavor!
These chilies had good flavor, and while they were not too spicy, they are very versatile to add when cooking. They will add a boost to many dishes, and I like the packaging.

This is the delicious Hatch green chile we love in New Mexico! It's good for anything you want to add some extra flavor to.

Truly outstanding
I'm so thankful for the availability of true New Mexican green chile here in Tennessee. El Pinto is a fantastic restaurant and I'm so thankful they have shared a part of that with others outside of Albuquerque.

Tasty but missing a lid for resealing
I was excited when I saw this for delivery. Small portion but big enough for lots of things. Tasty. Who doesn't like Hatch green chile? I ordered three and received three containers. No lids. No cute yellow lids so no resealing unless I pur any leftover into another container or use foil or plastic wrap. The plus side is the date is easy to see but I would have seen it when I took off the lid which I didn't get. I don't know if the yellow lid had a seal to keep it in place. One of the reviews I read said they couldn't see the date. Anyway, I'm glad I bought them but it's disappointing and weird about the lids. Where are they? What happened to them? If you buy this in the store maybe you can review and tell me if they have lids.
