I get stiff neck and upper back pain often. Heat is how I loosen the back and neck. I love that this heat pad shapes perfectly to my neck and upper back and even snaps in place. I was previously using a rectangular pad that was difficult to keep in place. I've even wrapped it around my legs and feet to help when I get cramps in these areas, so I don't have to get up to heat my rice-filled bag in the microwave. I keep it plugged in by my sofa, so that it's close by when I need it. It begins heating up right away and has different heat and two timer settings --1 hr. and 2 hrs. It provides good heat and has 9 heating levels. It does have to be plugged into an electrical outlet. It is weighted, but it does not add any discomfort for me, but I wanted to mention it in case someone else is very sensitive. I have not attempted to wash it.

This heating pad is so nicely weighted and comfortable. unlike my other pad, the weight is stationary. It doesn't shift through largh panels, which is annoying. the controls are easy and with 9 heat settings I am able to adjust to my preference as needed. I am delighted with my purchase.

This is one of my best puchases from Walmart. I love it. It's nicely weighted so it won't slip and slide anywhere. I like that it fits high on the back of the neck and doesn't continue down the back. I've only used it on the first heat setting of ten and it's plenty warm. You can set it to shut off in one hour or two. I just keep thinking about how much a senior would love this item, especially the ones who say they don't need anything. Ha! A great present for them and the person who has every thing. This is truly a wonderful product.

Just enjoying my Entil weighted heating pad. It had 9 heat levels, auto shut off after 1 or 2 hours. I have it on level 5 and it's putting out a great amount of heat!! So level 9 must be hot!! The weighted feature is nice. Relaxing. Overall very soft, comfortable fabric. I like that it can be machine or hand washed. I'm 5'1”, 120 lbs, petite woman. This fits my neck and shoulders well.

This is perfect for helping relieve the pain in my neck and shoulders. It is soft and the weight helps it to stay in place. The controls are simple to use. It has several heat settings and times out perfectlt.I've had a total replacement for the left shoulder and soon for the right shoulder. This is a great quality product.

Neck pain is always connected to the shoulders. This heating pad works very well on both. It is soft and comfortable. It's definitely top quality. Because it's weighted it con forms snuggly to your shoulders. It goes down the middle of your back a little bit, which is also all part of the pain. I would totally totally recommend this product!

Works well and gets very warm. Kinda small for me at 6'-1” 230 lbs. I wear a 16 1/2 or XXL shirt so the heating pad is a bit small about the shoulders and neck. It would be nice to have some fit adjustments. The neck snaps are way too tiny for my big hands and get lost in the plushy fabric. Controls are my only complaint. Only illuminated when you push a button. No tactile indication of which you are pushing in the dark. The circular button arrangement is not ideal for those of us with big hands and fat fingers( just FYI). If you are a smaller or average size person this will work fine for you… it's the only one I've found that heats well about the neck.

Good heating pad as it is in closed contact with the neck and shoulders. The other pad which one can buy from the drugstore does not fit with the neck and shoulders well. The lowest temperature selected is good enough to keep the neck and shoulders warm.

I've used this now for several weeks, and like most similar items, they work well for a while, and that's the end of the story. Maybe 1 to 2 years of service. So, I'm careful to review an honest, objective purchase off Walmart online. The delivery was fast and efficient. Walmart has certainly given its best to meet our demands. Now, if this heating device works for more than 2 years, I would give it easily five stars. and I do recommend the same unit I purchased. it works quite well, although it could be a bit more onthe highest setting it gives. Thanks to the lawyers!

I really like the weighted neck/shoulder heating pad! It actually stays in place, has a timer, push button heat control and snaps so that it doesn't move. I would recommend getting this one!
