Wonderful wide and hearty noodles.

Anonymous June 5, 2023

Delicious perfect noodles for homemade chicken soup! Wide and hearty. My husband's favorite. They cook nice and hold up well weekend taking leftovers for lunch at work. When it come to my husband it is like "Would you like some soup with your noodles?"They are his favorite part.

Amish egg noodles, ah yes please…

amy February 1, 2026

This “find,” was a substitute!! Lucky day. I like the size they cook up to, especially the thickness ( these egg noodles are not at thick as a frozen Reames noodle.) These noodles are hardy, and they turned out great in my last beef -n- noodles crockpot dish. A definite win on taste and since they are a dried noodle, they don't have to take up room in the freezer.

These are very tasty very good. I can have them by their self, but I put them in a crockpot. Put some chicken with them and have a chicken noodle meal. It is fantastic. Definitely worth it

Fabulous noodles!!

ChrisS December 15, 2025

Looking for delicious wide noodles? You've come to the right place. These were the only ones we could find for a new recipe we wanted to try. Figured it was complex enough that it wouldn't matter whether these noodles were great or not. Wrong. The noodles became the star of the recipe. Friends raved. We're back just to buy some for the pantry, because we're going to want to have these again and again for their own sake. Don't wonder -- just buy them at this unbelievably good price for handmade noodles and see for yourself -- you'll be back for more!

The package was torn open, so I'm afraid to cook it

Unhappy shopper

Shopper April 21, 2026

I didn't like the noodles because they never increased in size and had no flavor. They were not like my Amish grandma's noodles. Very disappointing and will not buy them anymore

Shipped Noodles Arrived as Crumbs

cmd412 August 7, 2020

I'm writing this review in hopes Essenhaus will contact Walmart and address their shipping issues. I ordered three bags of noodles and they were shipped in a big box and unprotected from larger, heavier items that turned all three bags into crumbs. I can't find a place to write a complaint about Walmart's shipping issues. I can't use noodle crumbs.
