Expert Gardener 100 ft. 21 Piece Soaker Hose Kit

I bought this for my raised be garden. I used it for strawberries, corn, onions and tomatoes. I couldn't be happier. It is easy to assemble and all the parts you need to create multiple beds are provided. It has lasted 2 full seasons without fail. If you feel like you are getting uneven watering (more at one end) either change the size of the restrictor inside of the hose connection or add a flow regulator and you will get nice even soaking. I redid my strawberries this season and reused the line. It was a hair too long but the great part is the end caps are reusable and I just had to trim it.

This kit has everything you need to make up several soaker hoses. Easy to put together and works great! Highly recommend this product for quality %26 good price!

The hose waters nicely, the only thing I don't like about it is, it is kind of rigid. it's not flexible enough for me.

The actual hose seems like it's pretty decent quality. I only had the hose for one summer, and it held up great. I'm a little worried about the quality of the plastic connector pieces, though. I'm confident it will work again next year.

Using the provided stoppers on the t joints pop out when the hose is on causing the hose to loose pressure and water gushing in one location of your garden. I'm going to look for an alternative to the provide t joint. Maybe a l joint from a PVC system. That or rubber/piping glue for the provided stoppers. The rest of the kit is wonderful. Plenty of hose for our two garden beds. I have enough leftover to consider another project in the future.

I had to drill out the restrictor orific in order to get water to the last 25 ft of the 100 ft. Other than that it's good quality and I recieved as advertised .

I am not 100% sure of this hose as it states it contains lead and phthalates- who wants that in their garden? I think it would work fine otherwise.

Didn't like the idea of all assembly required on this product to water the lawn. I'm sure this is an excellent solution for automated watering for gardening in raised beds but not for someone who only wanted the functionality of a garden soaker hose with no assembly required.
