Not having coverage for diabetes meds, I started looking into diet %26 natural supplements. This stuff is amazing. It prevents sugar spikes, %26 I am slowly losing weight. Keep in mind, if you are taking other meds, there must be a 2 hour lapse, or they will cancel each other out. I started with one a day, %26 am now I take it twice a day. I've not experienced bloating, gas, or any aftertaste. Between a proper diet %26 these capsules, I am managing this condition quite well. Talk to your doctor, of course, but if you haven't coverage for meds, this stuff is a great help.

Usually after long flight I need some help with extra fiber. These capsules worked as well as the orange powder.

I may not have Oatmeal every day and I may not have an apple every day, however, I do at least supplement my regular diet with this Fiber Complex blend of three types of fiber that functions well with my body and diet.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THE RESULTS HAVE BEEN WONDERFUL. AS A PERSON WITH MORE THAN ONE MEDICAL CONDITION AND TAKE MORE THAN ONE MEDICATION MY DOCTORS ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.

Adding this to my diet has made all the difference, if you know what I mean (haha)... but anything for good health!

Love these capsules, they work like a charm and are reasonably priced.

It is a good product. It works! It's easy on the stomach, You only get to 120 capsules, though. The dosage says to take 3 up to 3x's a day. Nine per day worksbut it's expensive to keep up with the supply.

It works but I had to take 6 capsules or more, so when you see your pot is getting empty really quick. It's not really comfortable drink 6 capsules a day.
