Flex Tape Strong Waterproof Rubberized Tape, 4" x 5'

I actually used this for a drawer in my dresser being I wouldn't be able to nail it anymore. Boy did it work good! The only thing is it is very sticky and if you cut it with scissors all that glue would stay on your scissors I had to scrub the adhesive off my scissors. It is a good product and holds well

While the outer wrapper wasn't incredibly hard to open, it definitely wasn't convenient. It took me a while just to find the clear tape needed to remove the outer paper sheet and finally get to the start of the roll. In my opinion, putting clear plastic wrap around the non-sticky side was a bit ridiculous and unnecessary. The need to cut it was not too challenging. However, the bond on this tape is unbelievable—once you put it down, it is not going to move, so you better have it exactly where you want it! The sticky side works great, but I did run out quickly because I didn't read the full description and realized it was only about 3 feet of tape. Still, it performs a lot better than generic brands, so I'm giving it a higher overall rating.

this waterproof tape does what it says it will. I have used it to repair several holes in summer pools and it has held up very well. I try to keep some in hand all of the time so that I have it when needed. put some in your toolbox too. you will not regret having it when you need it.

used to stop a pool leek on the inside of pool! so tape had to be submerged in the pool water but it works and the leak stopped and it is still good.

Although is ruined a pair of scissors, it held exceptionally well on our boat ballast bag. I would recommend that a dispenser with a cutting edge be created.

It is very strong! I really like how strong it holds, but trying to cut it was almost a complete disaster. My advice is, don't use scissors to cut it, only use an exacto blade to cut. But Holy Cow it works well!

Big Disappointment. I was looking to patch a very small hole in a 15' pool. I made sure that this product was recommended for water/ pool patching use. First of all, it is really hard to work with - it is so sticky that you cannot get it off of your fingers to apply. I think a removable backing would be very helpful. Secondly, It was very difficult to cut- being so thick and sticky it would wrinkle and stick to itself. A good amount was thrown away because it was unusable for this reason, I finally did manage to patch the hole.. one month ago.. it started leaking again today. Again, this was a very small hole. I ended up using good old Duck tape and its working perfectly.

Have to give this both "YES" and "NO" rating. It may be good for some projects. Just have to see. It wasn't good for either of our projects. It is easy to use, but found it didn't stay long on plastic (hard plastic like PVC, and car fender. Cost is high considering it doesn't work well with every use. Take your chance.

This did not perform well at all. Applied the tape to a clean dry surface and waited a while before using the repaired item. FYI the water leak was not under any high pressure or anything either. At first It appeared to stick well but In a matter of minutes the tape just fell off leaving the problem unsolved. Very disappointed.

this is the second brand of underwater tape I've bought. I bought this because everyone told me I need to get it, but it didn't stick to my 3ft pool liner any better than Gorilla underwater tape.
