Fluidmaster Universal 2" and 3" Super Toilet Flapper with Adjustable Water Control

I initially thought I was going to have issues with this product not working properly. At first, it didn't seem to sit flush against the drain, allowing a couple of ounces of water to pass into the bowl. After giving it 2 days for the hard rubber cover to “mold” itself to my drain, it seems to be working perfectly. I have an American Standard toilet.

this product gives option of 2or 3 inch flapper capabilities in one product yet the product is well made and you are by no means over paying for this item. The directions are easy enough for an individual that has no idea what they are doing at all and the diagrams are great, they even have a diagram that will allow you to put your old flapper right over the top of the picture so you can SEE for yourself if you aren't sure if yours is a 2 or 3. This is a win, win situation purchase.

Wasn't Sutter of the size so I bought this universal and it was perfect! Can't go wrong with this one!

Sturdy construction compared to others I've seen. Direction on how to confirm needed size (2" or 3") very clear and very easy to remove unneeded pieces for the 2" flapper in my tank. Very easy to install.

I knew I needed a flapper but I wasn't sure what size I had. I didn't even know there were different sizes! This fits both 2" %26 3" so I was able to fix my toilet on the first try. It works great!

The instructions were very straightforward and easy to understand. I especially liked how the packaging acts as a measuring device for your old flapper so you can see which size you need.

Very simple to use, I didnt need to know the actual size I needed (2" or 3"). Just followed the directions and my toilet stopped running! I recommend for anyone that doesn't know much about toilet repairs.

Great flapper with easy to follow instructions. installation was easier than I thought. Color coordinated, red for 2" and blue for 3". Universal with all toilet brands. The only flapper you need to purchase and complete the job the fist time.

This flapper does not seat 100% perfectly, and we are still working on the WHY...but it is a good quality and Fairly priced.

Very frustrating and much more complicated than need be.. I'd a been better off buying 3 different sized flappers than this one 'pain in the neck' flapper!
