These are the vitamins I take every day and love them. Just make sure you read the label, so you don't panic about urine being real yellow. It's okay, and it fade after about 2 to 3 trips to the bathroom. Love these.

i was kind of disappointed. i felt hopeful from the reviews that this supplement might help to support my nutritional status and hopefully give me a little energy. Unfortunately I did not notice any difference in my day to day functioning. To be fair i am in poor health with numerous significant health issues, so my expe tations may not be realistic. Comparing this supplement to others it does seem to be a quality product and a good buy. Don't want to steer anyone away from this as it might be a God send for someone else. Doesnt hurt to try.
