i love it takes a minute to figure out stuff 😄 but I love it
I have used this treadmill successfully 3 times now. I will need to adjust my step somewhat so I don't go onto the back roller, but that should be okay once I get used to it. I'm still at a slow speed (.7). The treadmill was pretty easy to put together. The only problem was that there was said to be "connectors" within the "railings" where there was only 1 connector in 1 railing and 1 side of the control panel. Sensors seem to work fine the way it is.
I was sent a machine that didn't work but after contacting the company they only required a video of the problem and then sent a new machine out. The new treadmill works great! I love that it connects to an app on my phone and I can also control it from there. I only regret not getting a treadmill that adjusts in incline.
We really like this. We actually use it for the purpose of excersize and not just to hang clothes on. I don't recommend for anyone feeble of body or mind because it could get away from you if you don't remember what button is off. My husband and I like it and use it on days we don't play ping-pong.
I dislike that how you have to be really careful getting on the treadmill it require concentration and a lot of beware you could hurt yourself it similar a escalator but I love using it it makes me swet it gives me a good workout thank you from Abraham
I fully expected to be disappointed with this purchase since my previous 25 year old treadmill was purchased at Sears at twice this price. To my happy surprise, this unit performs exactly as advertised and appears to remain a reliable, useable unit for years
The unit is small and the weight is easy to handle. The handles are to close together so you are not able to swing your arms when using it. The heart rate monitors on the handles/arms and controls are right in the position where you grasp the handle so it leaves little room for your hands beings one can not move them as you walk or jog. The heart rate monitor also overrides the scan/speed/time and calories function so you no longer have them unless you remove your hands from the arms.
Instruction manual gets an F-. First step is to connect hanging wire to its port- except that port was nowhere to be found! After searching high and low, discovered a second wire stuffed inside the hollow leg. Go figure! Drawings are very small and unclear as to part placement. Once together, I realized this model is on a permanent 10 degree incline, which I didn't want. Had to buy leg risers to have a flat walking terrain. A lot flimsier than my old treadmill - more like a walking pad with handlebars, but it will have to do. When stopping, my old one had wide bars to step on, this one the side frame is too narrow, so you have to step on the floor or shut off while standing on the mat- can't imagine that's good for it. Not terrible, but not great either.
This treadmill is SMALL!! I put it together and it's more like the size of a walking pad. If you have long legs like I do, there is no way you can run on this. It's okay for walking but you have to be careful not to take too long of strides. The cost was low, so for the money, I guess you get what you pay for. I will say though that it does appear to be well made and sturdy. It was easy to assemble and came with small pressure foam pads to put under it. The weight of this machine is very manageable and I believe fully assembled it's just a bit under 65 pounds. It folds up nicely and really is a space saver. Would be great in a small apartment or space. It just looks silly in my home gym. Noise level is just okay. It's not loud but I wouldn't consider it quiet. This is fine though, as some noise is expected due to it having a motor. Overall, I would just caution buyers to really look at the dimensions prior to purchase to make sure you are okay with its petite stature. As for me, the size isn't a deal breaker and you can get a decent workout in so I will keep it. I was just shocked when I opened the box and saw the short little walking pad so I figured I would call that out so others won't be so surprised. I added my size 9 foot to one of the pictures for scale.
A wildly inaccurate product description (actual top speed far below what was advertised/what I was looking for) and a miserable customer service experience when trying to return the item. I still haven't gotten a refund. I would advise everyone to avoid this product and company in the most forceful language possible. No redeeming qualities whatsoever
